I have not house-sat professionally, but I have watched over friends and neighbors homes over the years. I have a clean criminal record and have no substance abuse problems (including alcohol). I follow the clients rules strictly and to the T. I am willing to film all my duties as proof as well as audio recordings as well. I want you to feel safe trusting me with your home. I am willing to do a criminal record check as well as any other tests/applications that may help you feel more at ease with me. Thank you. I am willing to do any services for your home that are within my capabilities. Feeding pets, garbage, dusting, yard work, etc. Your home will be treated with the love I give my own home or my grandmother's home! I am available any day, any time. I am also willing to do overnights and extended care as well (weeks at a time). I do ask for at least 24 hours notice for anything overnight or extended time All I can offer is the fact I have a clean criminal record and no substance abuse problems (including alcohol) but am willing to provide any documents or do any checks to help put you at ease with me. Safety is a very high concern for me and your home. I will only so what you the client wants and will be done in the most safe way I can find!
